PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provides leadership for packaging line, processing, warehouse, and sanitation. 
• Provides planning for packaging, processing, warehouse, sanitation, and maintenance. 
• Supervise operational associates in regards to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 
• Provides and updated systems that direct, measure, and control day to day operations. 
• Understands and coordinates production with packaging. 
• Oversees and responsible for training all associates for packaging and processing positions. 
• Responsible for being a leader on plant teams and committees.
• Communicates all necessary information at change of shift to supervisor or line associates. 
• Communicates with processing and packaging supervisors to make product changes. 
• Familiar with feedback and action loops within the department and plant. 
•  Understands the scope of the job and the responsibilities associated with its execution. 
• Familiar with and understands SOPs for tasks associated with this job. 
• Familiar with and understands all packaging equipment. 
• Anticipates needs of production, processing, and warehouse. 
• Completes documentation as required in an accurate and timely manner.
