Job Description:

This position is responsible for the overall development and execution of Supply Chain Capability. The Director will lead a team that develops and executes programs and processes to increase supply chain effectiveness.  This will include Training and Development, Campus Recruiting, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead strategic planning and execution of Front Line and Leadership Training & Development in manufacturing locations. Leverage existing LMS to enable industry and regulatory compliance. Develop and execute programs to improve management capability.

2. Lead culture and team member engagement initiates to positively impact key business metrics.

3. Oversee the development of strategies and tools to support Leadership Development, including succession planning, on-boarding, and Campus Recruiting.

4. Support operational programs such as Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.

5. Lead the development and execution of the Supply Chain People strategy.

Experience Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in Organization Development/Effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching, providing feedback and facilitating High Performance Teams.
  • Proven ability to create transformational change strategies, practical approaches, activities and measures to drive and sustain behavior change and work closely with senior level sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends/ patterns and create innovative strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and lead/manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in Project/Program Management.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and effectiveness, best practices and applications
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 10 years' experience in Organization Effectiveness or related Human Resources function.
  • 10 years’ of relevant work experience in Food & Beverages Industry Experience.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field, Master’s Degree Preferred

Travel: 25%
